Job Description

The Rounds is seeking Field Sales Representatives to be the face of our mission to make everyday choices effortless and sustainable. As a Field Sales Representative, you will engage with potential Members at various events to increase membership on The Rounds' platform by effectively selling our sustainable grocery delivery services. You will play a crucial role in achieving and exceeding new Member acquisition targets through persuasive and consultative sales techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Educate potential Members about The Rounds' sustainable grocery delivery offering at popup events.
  • Achieve and exceed new Member acquisition targets through persuasive sales techniques.
  • Onboard new Members and ensure they place their first order successfully.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve event setup, sales strategies, and product offerings.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with people effectively.
  • Passionate about sustainability and entrepreneurship.
  • Problem-solving skills and eagerness to take on challenges.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Flexible availability for part-time or full-time work, including weekends.
  • Ability to provide reliable transportation to and from events.
  • Capable of physical tasks such as lifting and standing for event durations.

Compensation

Competitive compensation with on-target earnings of over $38/hour, including a competitive hourly rate and uncapped commission per new member acquired. Performance-based bonus opportunities available.
