Job Description
As a Field Technician at DISH, you will play a vital role in delivering TV and Smart Home solutions to customers, ensuring an exceptional experience with every home visit. You will represent DISH daily, consult homeowners on smart home possibilities, and simplify lives through installations.
Responsibilities
- Represent DISH in customers' homes.
- Consult homeowners on smart home possibilities.
- Install and set up TV and Smart Home solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through top-notch service.
Requirements
- Ability to build rapport quickly.
- Comfort working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Able to lift over 70 lbs.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
