Fitness Studio Experience Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead to join VASA Fitness. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional fitness experience for our members, fostering community connections, and driving performance in our Studio and Group Fitness spaces.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze and optimize Studio and Group Fitness usage to achieve financial targets and key performance indicators.
• Ensure a world-class member experience through flawless execution of equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and programming.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing development of instructors to deliver safe and effective classes.
• Create a vibrant and inclusive community by motivating, uplifting, and connecting with members and guests.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness management or leadership role preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Passion for fitness, community-building, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
