Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) to join our team at VASA Fitness. As a key part of our organization, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional fitness experience by maximizing Studio and Group Fitness usage. Your role will involve recruiting talented instructors, analyzing performance to achieve financial targets, delivering a world-class member experience, and supporting ongoing instructor development.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
- Ensure equipment and facilities are well-maintained and that all programming is executed flawlessly.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing development of instructors and coaches.
- Deliver exceptional member experiences through high-energy classes that motivate and create a sense of community.
