VASA Fitness is looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a Fitness Studio Experience Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an inclusive and on-trend fitness experience, maximizing Studio and Group Fitness usage. The ideal candidate should be energetic, motivated, and dedicated to providing exceptional fitness classes that uplift and motivate our members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Maximize Studio and Group Fitness usage by analyzing performance and achieving financial targets.
• Ensure world-class member experience by maintaining clean and safe facilities, executing marketing events, and training instructors.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship for instructor development to deliver safe and effective classes.
• Create a welcoming and engaging environment that fosters community and connection among members.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in fitness management or group fitness instruction.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, and creating a positive impact on others' lives.
• Certifications in group fitness instruction and CPR/AED.
