Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Fitness Studio Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will play a key role in creating an engaging and uplifting fitness experience for our members. Reporting to the General Manager and overseeing Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches, you will be responsible for maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage while ensuring exceptional member experiences. Responsibilities
- Recruit top talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze and optimize STUDIO/Group Fitness performance to achieve financial targets.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and safe for members.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to deliver high-quality classes.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment that motivates and uplifts members.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in fitness leadership or related field.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Passion for health, wellness, and creating a positive community.
- Ability to drive performance and exceed KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
