Position: Fitness Studio Lead
Job Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Salary: $17.50-$19.00 per hour + Commission and Bonus Opportunities
Are you passionate about fitness and ready to lead a dynamic team in creating an uplifting and inclusive fitness experience? VASA Fitness is seeking a Fitness Studio Lead to drive STUDIO and Group Fitness usage by delivering high-energy classes that motivate, uplift, and create community.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and schedule Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches to maximize club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and Key Performance Indicators.
- Ensure the STUDIO and Group Fitness spaces are clean, safe, and equipped with the necessary technology.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to Instructors and Coaches for continuous development.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing member needs and concerns.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness instruction or leadership role.
- Passion for fitness and creating a positive, welcoming environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
