We are looking for a motivated and energetic Fitness Studio Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will play a key role in creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members. Your primary responsibilities will include driving STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, maximizing class attendance, and ensuring a world-class member experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and retain top talent to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Manage class schedules to ensure competitiveness, trendiness, and convenience for members.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for instructors and coaches.
• Create a supportive and engaging environment that fosters community and member connections.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in fitness or studio management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements.
