Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Fitness Studio Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As a Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will play a crucial role in creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members. Your responsibilities will include maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage, building and maintaining competitive class schedules, recruiting top talent, and ensuring exceptional member experiences.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff qualified instructors and coaches to enhance club traffic and member engagement.
- Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage by achieving financial targets and KPIs.
- Deliver a world-class member experience through flawless execution of playbooks, initiatives, and programming.
- Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to maintain high-quality classes.
- Create a culture of care and connection by providing exceptional customer service and fostering community.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness management or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and mentor staff.
- A passion for fitness, wellness, and delivering exceptional service to members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
