Job Description

S&C Electric Company is seeking a Line Cook to join its Food Service Department. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the company's two cafeterias, focusing on sanitation and food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Delivering food and supplies to designated areas.
• Handling and washing dishes.
• Stocking deliveries and storage areas.
• Performing miscellaneous tasks like floor mopping and freezer cleaning.
• Learning inventory management.
• Operating cafeteria vehicles and cash register.

Requirements

• Certified driver for cafeteria vehicles (training provided).
• Ability to work under deadlines in a team environment.
• Follow instructions accurately.
• Read and understand job-related materials.
• Obtain food safety certification within 60 days (cost covered).
• Food service experience preferred.

Physical Demands

• Standing, lifting, walking, carrying, pushing, bending, and reaching involved.
