We are looking for a Food Service Supervisor to join our Shake Shack team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in upholding our standards of excellence and hospitality. You will lead your team, manage daily functions, handle payroll and scheduling, focus on team development, oversee inventory, quality and safety, manage the facility, and develop community relations. If you have 2-3 years of restaurant management experience and a passion for serving, this position might be perfect for you.
