Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn Greenbelt. In this role, you will oversee the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have previous hotel experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain outstanding customer care and respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Supervise daily shift processes and ensure team members follow standard operating procedures.
- Train and support front desk staff, resolving issues and ensuring quality service.
- Handle billing, room allocations, group arrivals, and cash transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and resolve any issues.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Representative or Front Desk Cashier.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Work Environment
This position requires standing for long periods, occasional lifting up to 40 pounds, and working in a hotel environment. Flexibility for evening, grave, weekends, and holiday shifts is essential.
