Cargill is looking for an FSQR Technician Harvest B to join our protein and salt business division. This role involves ensuring adherence to quality and safety specifications, conducting corrective actions, and analyzing deviations. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, professional, and have experience in a manufacturing environment.

Principal Accountabilities

• Perform monitoring duties to ensure adherence to HACCP, SSOP, and quality specifications.
• Correlate with production on out-of-spec parameters.
• Write Food Safety Corrective Action reports and conduct root cause analysis for deviations.

Required Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED with 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work with hand tools, lift 20 lbs, and work in a cold environment.
• Computer skills using Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous food safety or manufacturing experience.
• Previous Cargill experience.
