Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day store activities, enhancing overall store performance, ensuring team development, and maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
  • Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
  • Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Maintain inventory procedures and cash control policies.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Strong customer service and leadership skills.
  • Ability to interpret company policies and drive performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, with 3+ years of retail experience.
  • Prior management experience is beneficial.
