Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting store operations, managing schedules, developing action plans, and fostering a culture of teamwork and customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve store performance.
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for the team.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback on product offerings.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure customer service excellence.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in retail environment and prior management preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
