Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day store activities, supervising the team, and ensuring overall store performance. You will play a key role in developing operational action plans, identifying training opportunities, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve store operations.
- Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
- Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Ensure adherence to company values and promote teamwork among employees.
- Provide feedback on products and make recommendations for improvement.
- Supervise day-to-day operations, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure high customer service standards.
- Maintain store cleanliness, proper stock levels, and merchandising standards.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
