Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the Aldi team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing store activities, improving operational results, and developing the team for success. This position offers a competitive starting wage of $25.00 per hour with an average of 38 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure proper product handling.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
