We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at ALDI. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve store performance
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team
• Identify training opportunities to enhance employee performance
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and product quality
• Supervise day-to-day store operations and customer service
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of retail management principles
• Prior retail management experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
