Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join the Aldi team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day store operations, supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
- Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
- Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Monitor the competitive environment and recommend necessary adjustments.
- Provide product feedback and assist with product ordering and merchandising.
- Supervise team operations, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring store cleanliness and safety.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Prior management experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
