Full-Time Assistant Store Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans to ensure overall store performance. You will be responsible for training and growing the team while promoting a sense of teamwork and membership among employees.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback on product offerings.
• Ensure inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies are followed.
• Maintain store cleanliness standards and proper stock levels.
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the team and ensure the highest level of customer service.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior management experience preferred.
