Full-Time Lead Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Lead Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for supervising store personnel, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. Your role will include merchandising, inventory management, and leading and training team members to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide product feedback and recommendations to store management.
• Supervise store personnel to ensure compliance with customer service guidelines and store cleanliness standards.
• Maintain a safe environment by identifying and rectifying hazards and ensuring proper equipment maintenance.
• Participate in inventory counts and assist with product ordering.
• Lead and align team members to excel in their roles and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in retail environment preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register, various equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, uphold company policies, and provide outstanding customer service.
