Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for various tasks such as cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their experience.
- Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and any general issues to management.
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Follow cash policies to minimize losses and adhere to company procedures.
- Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, organization, and efficiency in tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
