Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Collaborate with team members to uphold ALDI's standards of customer service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Execute cashiering responsibilities efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandising displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and assisting with shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Follow operational procedures, adhere to cash handling policies, and report any issues to management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
