Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. Your main responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a superior shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related issues
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain cash policies
• Adhere to company policies while ensuring data security
• Perform assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and cash register skills
• Ability to operate equipment and maintain cleanliness standards
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capable of working independently and in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
