Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate key competencies and professional skills outlined for the role.
- Handle customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and follow cash policies and procedures.
- Adhere to company policies, protect document security, and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to perform cleaning duties to company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking efficiently.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
