Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members, handle customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to an overall positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures, monitor inventory, and provide feedback on products.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
