Job Description
We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
- Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
- Offer feedback on product quality, inventory issues, and operational matters.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
- Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
- Combination of education and experience is considered.
