Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dedicated team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will collaborate with team members, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company policies, maintain security, and confidentiality.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales if applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
