Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, assisting with purchases, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness of the store.
• Stock shelves neatly and ensure merchandise displays are appealing.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
