Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your main responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will enhance the customer shopping experience through exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures, maintain security, and perform assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma preferred, along with retail experience.
