Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, enhancing the shopping experience, and ensuring the store is organized and well-stocked.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves.
• Operate cash register and provide efficient customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Participate in inventory management and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and machinery following safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
