Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the store's appearance and organization. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
- Adhere to cash-handling policies and company procedures
- Follow all established policies, uphold security, and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment
- Perform general cleaning duties according to standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
- Combination of education and experience considered
