Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate professionalism and ALDI Acts Competencies in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Follow cash policies, apply company procedures, and uphold document security.
- Perform additional assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
