Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional customer shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team and adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of documents and data.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with store management, and offer feedback on products and inventory.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of performing general cleaning duties and following company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail work experience is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
