Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with the Aldi team and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
- Operate the cash register, clean the store, and assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
- Proficiency in operating store equipment and performing cleaning duties.
- Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
