Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall operations. This position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with the team.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Able to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
