Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Process customer purchases, restock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Keep track of inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures accurately.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
