Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's success by handling merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and work collaboratively with the Aldi team.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to management
- Contribute to inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Handle cash transactions securely and follow established cash policies
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Capable of meeting physical demands of the role
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask efficiently
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
