Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This position offers 32-40 hours per week flexibility and a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently.
• Experience in retail settings is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
