Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
- Follow company policies and uphold document security and confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of performing general cleaning duties to company standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
