Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate working 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness, all while providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Assist customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and other store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
- Proficient in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
- Ability to follow instructions, multitask efficiently, and maintain organization.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior work experience in retail is a plus.
