Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your focus on exceptional customer service and collaboration with the ALDI team will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
- Participate in store inventory counts and uphold company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 required.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
