Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their store visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Take part in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in cash register operations and basic equipment handling.
- Capable of interpreting and applying company policies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
