Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details

- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
- Work collaboratively with team members and communicate with management.
- Contribute feedback on products and inventory management.
- Participate in store inventory counts and follow cash-handling policies.
- Adhere to company policies, ensuring security and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 for employment.
- Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
- Ability to maintain store cleanliness and follow company procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience desirable.
