Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and comply with company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of performing general cleaning duties to company standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
