We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store operates smoothly and that customers have a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to uphold our high standards.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.
- Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capability to perform general cleaning tasks according to standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- High attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Compliance with state and local regulations for handling alcoholic beverages.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a retail environment is advantageous.
