Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and support a positive shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Assist in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Operate cash registers, equipment, and perform general cleaning duties
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of cash registers and equipment
- Capability to interpret and apply company policies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
