Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations to enhance performance.
- Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
- Capable of operating store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
