Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Contribute feedback to management on various operational aspects
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and uphold document security

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience desirable
