Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional customer service environment.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with the store management.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus.
